We complete most orders in approximately 1 week. Complex designs & special orders may take additional time.

We’ll notify you when an order is ready and available for pick up. Shipping via UPS, coordinating deliveries and installations are all additional options.
We don’t believe so. Though our creative approach and ability to stock a wide range of moulding helps us work within your budget, ultimately, we offer a custom-made product designed to meet or exceed your expectations while passing the test of time. We believe you’ll appreciate the value of every dollar spent for many years to come.
Absolutely. Regarding preliminary inquiries, we prefer old-fashioned phone calls over email so we may ask appropriate questions and discuss relevant details. It is optimal, however, to visit our shop with your art. We’ll be happy to work with your ideas, provide our own, and offer you a price to consider. There is no obligation to place an order.
Yes, if possible. We’ll need to examine the extent of the damage to determine what can be done, but we are limited to a practical approach in contrast to professional “restoration.”
Yes. We ship anywhere in the USA via UPS.
